Your continued use of jibb following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The jibb Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine gambling laws and PAGCOR-aligned regulations governing online gaming. This age restriction is a hard legal requirement and is non-negotiable. jibb implements identity verification procedures to confirm that all registered Members meet this age threshold.

Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, under aliases, or using the credentials of other persons — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
jibb is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Members in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations applicable in the Philippines. You must submit valid government-issued identification documents upon request, including but not limited to a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID). jibb may suspend deposit, withdrawal, or betting privileges on any account pending completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jibb login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jibb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must ensure that all information associated with your jibb account remains accurate and current at all times. You must notify jibb promptly of any changes to your contact information, particularly your registered mobile number and email address. jibb will not be liable for failed notifications or communications resulting from outdated account information.
An account is deemed inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jibb reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ₱100 per calendar month to inactive accounts after this period, to be deducted from the available account balance until the balance reaches zero. Members will be notified by email prior to the application of inactivity fees.
jibb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, and Metrobank. All transactions on the jibb Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). jibb does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not charge currency conversion fees.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All transactions on the jibb Platform are subject to AML monitoring in accordance with Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. jibb reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, delay or reverse transactions, and report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to the Member.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available by jibb are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement of twenty times (20×) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus credit carries a wagering requirement of ₱20,000. Only real-money bets placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game category toward wagering requirements will be specified in the relevant promotion.
jibb reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or claw back bonus credits and associated winnings in the following circumstances:
Unclaimed or unutilized bonus credits expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is specified in the promotion. Expired bonus credits and any winnings derived from them will be automatically removed from the Member's account balance without compensation.
All games offered on the jibb Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, and live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers. jibb does not manipulate game outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) for each slot and RNG-based game is publicly displayed on the game's information panel. Actual returns will vary based on individual session results and statistical variance.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connection interruption that affects a game in progress, jibb reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Member's account. jibb is not liable for any winnings that result from a technical error. jibb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, jibb reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including real-money and bonus funds. Where termination is not related to prohibited conduct or fraud, jibb will return the verified real-money balance to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable time period, subject to applicable AML verification.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their jibb account may do so by contacting jibb support. Voluntary account closure does not affect obligations under these Terms that arose prior to the closure date.
If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, game result, bonus, or other matter on the jibb Platform, you must first contact jibb Customer Support via the channels described in Section 14 and allow jibb a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter. jibb will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to conflict of laws principles. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines with respect to any legal action arising out of these Terms.
In the event of a disputed bet result, the outcome recorded in jibb's server logs shall be treated as definitive evidence of the bet result. jibb's game certification records and server transaction logs are the authoritative source for resolving game-related disputes. Where a certified third-party auditor has reviewed the same records and reached a different conclusion, jibb will consider that audit in its determination.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the jibb Platform homepage. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the amendment notice, which will be no less than seven (7) calendar days after notification for material changes.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your jibb account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the jibb Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
