After the applicable retention period expires, personal information is securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents re-identification, subject to any overriding legal obligations that require continued retention.

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request to jibb's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 16. jibb will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days, extendable by a further 30 days in complex cases with prior notification.

Minors & Age Policy

The jibb Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. jibb does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal information from individuals under the age of 21.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access the jibb Platform. jibb recommends the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling-related websites on shared devices.

Marketing Communications

With your consent, jibb may send you promotional emails, SMS notifications, and in-platform messages about jibb Casino games, bonuses, sports betting events, and other services. Marketing communications are sent to the email address and mobile number registered on your jibb account.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• Document all personal data breaches, including the facts relating to the breach, its effects, and remedial actions taken, in jibb's breach register

jibb's incident response team is available around the clock to respond to and contain data security incidents. Members who suspect that their jibb account data may have been compromised should contact jibb support immediately at [email protected].

Policy Amendments

jibb reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in Philippine law, NPC guidance, jibb's data processing practices, or the services we offer. We will notify you of material changes by sending an email to your registered jibb account email address and by posting a prominent notice on the jibb Platform at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the changes take effect.

The effective date at the top of this document will be updated each time this Privacy Policy is revised. Your continued use of the jibb Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the revised policy, you may close your jibb account before the effective date.

This Privacy Policy was last reviewed and updated on January 1, 2026. It supersedes all prior versions of the jibb Casino Privacy Policy. If any provision of this policy is found to be inconsistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 or its implementing rules, the provisions of the DPA shall prevail.
